To all members:I would NOT recommend posting any copyrighted material on this site without first obtaining written permission from the author. Copyright infringement charges can be very expensive and time-consuming for both parties. In this case, though, they won't prosecute the anonymous author of the post; they'll come after Todd.I have never been refused permission to reprint or republish anything I've requested, provided I credit the original author somewhere in the text.It really doesn't ta

Pair Sums
Year after year, I think others here ask themselves the same question: Why should I put this up when someone is going to take it and post elsewhere. Eventually some unsuspecting person is going to find it and regurgitate it right back here? And in that respect, I agree with them. Providing web content was not the intent of their post. And yeah, they do have a right to feel like their confidence and trust was violated. That happened to me. Content of my posts, by using links to posts on LP wer

pick 3 lottery card
I think we should be able to play numbers through a machine similar to an ATM. That would take care of the interstate gambling rule or using a credit card to purchase tickets and it could be completely anonymous. Race tracks with off-track betting have that type of machines that take cash or you can get a ticket voucher from the betting window. You can bet the horses in California or the dogs in Florida from a track in West Virginia, Ohio, or Pennsylvania. Each track gets a percentage of t

KENO : How to configure your keno way tickets by LV Author & Expert
VIDEO KENO RNG An anonymous correspondent writes RE: VK I believe the numbers are determined by an RNG since the game is also available on video terminals at convenience stores and non-casino snip tail lounges. Payout percentage with the jackpot set at $1,000,000 is 47.36%. If the progressive jackpot should reach $5,691,428 the game generates a positive (over 100%) payout percentage expectation. Combine Systems
Thank you for responding to my post... I only brought those steps/info so that we can get started on creating a super system The hit percentage will have to differ based on the game the system is for....which is why the number one step is to figure out which game we will work on. I figure the system/program will be universal for everyone to use. Since many players maybe won't go beyond what they posted, we can then work on an anonymous system :) Something like...

pick 3 lottery card
Coin Toss, I don't keep my pencil in the plastic sleeve. I complete the form in black ink at home before I leave. Don't want to be a counter hogger. A laminated playslip or a laminated ticket? Something that is laminated is only good if it's used for a long time. Anyway, the playslip would never fit into the terminal! There are plastic sleeves given to all the retailers for distribution to players so they can keep their slips protected from getting wet or bent. It's also good advertisi
