Do lottery wheels really help?Reply
I'm new but from what I understand is that US residents cannot purchase or play online lotteries that are located outside of the US. I've tried a couple sites to try and play lotteries with lower odds but get denied because I'm located in the US. Not much can be done at this time since the law is in place. You can google it Online lottery Laws or something along those lines.

Bob, I agree with your strategy, but for non-online players on a limited budget every bet counts. More bets per combo means less combos to play on a fixed budget. I only alot a few bucks per day on the game and can't afford to combo bet. Now if we could play online with their cost/prize structure it would be a different story.

True, I could play the 36 sets boxed, but filtered by eliminating all high, all low all even, all odd. You dont need to play 24 sets meaning both lists, this was not the plan and alot of LP members play online, its cheaper to play....the second list was just a test, the first list seems to be better, and before, i started with only 9 sets, the hits were still coming, i won twice straight playing only 9 sets !!! Anyways in a couple of days after studying those ebooks, i will be posting a couple of last sets from the systems i just bought since alot of people dont really play !

Alot of people PMed me to send them sets for their state, but like i said it takes a lot of backtesting time...and i aint got any time right now...i can only post for the states i mentioned earlier, if you play online just play those states... i have a box system that gives 4 sets only, this one takes less time.

Hi, i promise to help, but let me just win it first myself than i will get back to you ! i have to say that it doesnt work everywhere as i have tried it some other states. But who cares... if i can play online, i will just play where it works !
