The best lotteries are the ones with the best odds and a decent jackpot, that information is public and not something only known to some LP members. Most players are limited to what's available in their area unless they use a butler service to buy lottery tickets from other places.

I was on a video Keno machine near where they sold lottery tickets and could see the PB results so I played the numbers. Hit 5 out of 6 after about 40 tries. To me it was just another way to choose Keno numbers; no better or no worse than any other 6 numbers.

I have to put my 2 cents in....the normal everyday person does not have hundreds of dollars to spend on lottery tickets.....Richard Lustig does and he also has alot of luck. I don't care what anyone says. That is the bottom line. There is no lottery system that can win you a jackpot. Take for example how many people play the Powerball and how many times does a jackpot roll over from week to week. The system is built on trust.If it becomes known that a clerc in a store has cancelled a ticket without the ticket buyer asking for it people will stop buying tickets in that store. And the store might lose the right to sell lottery tickets.But this will not prdvent a crooked clerc from doing it. The possibility that it has happened somewhere already is there.
