The Gluttonous Observation for Pick3: an Old Observation...
i thought about it for a few years when i mentioned why dont they pool for scratchoffs and then i thought if they are going to pool for scratchoffs why not pool for pick3...However the idea brushed my mind some years before that.... i thought the same thing too there is pool for big wins but there is no pool for small games... Is hard to find such a group most people here work the level of revenue of workers here is different from the USA...And is almost impossible to play the numbers here

What is the best system that wins more often ?
i have ordered 5 systems, but so far i only won once with one of them. Why would you expect a system that anyone could buy would work any better? After all, lotteries are designed to return 50% of sales to the government as profit and still be able to pay the advertised prizes to all their winners. They can only do this when 3% or less of the players are winners. When some one sells a system, they are making more money selling it than they can using it. Others have come to LP looking for t

The Golden Ratio 1.618--PhiMatrix
I am working on my graphs. I really Want to know the predictive power of the golden ratio for random numbers. I might add if anyone took the time to really investigate the predictive power of the golden ratio for Stock Markets, you will find many articles on the nervousness of the Government, with those applying this new tecnique. Why? Because it works. I won't be supprised if this thread brings out the Spooks too.

ProFilter-Pick-3 version 1.4
Mostly due to the government lotteries (Their people) if an automatic prediction system was designed and then implemented it then might be best to hide its inner workings and have it do every-thing out of sight, as all prediction programs do and just have it show the predicted numbers. People could also do their own predictions using the program's stats and filters and or they could farther filter the predicted numbers using manual filtering. Also automatic filtering could had filtering level

SUMS
Colin F -Thank you for your kind words - when the swelling in my head goes down far enough where I can fit it through the office door once again I'll go back to work on the site.As far as the grading of systems goes, commercial or not, I'm of the opinion that your ratings might be overly generous. Most systems, particularly those which are sold for profit, claim to be capable of generating positive returns, if not assuring one that they can hit the jackpot. But, in doing the work on my site, I'v

The basic premise of the lotto game.
I thought the answer to that was obvious. To make money for the Government that runs it, to the tune of 40 to 50% of the takings which purportedly is used for good causes. The balance is given back to the punters. Now, in the process of doing this they create big prizes which are won by a minuscule amount of the participants and trifling amounts are given to the rest. They also make advertisements which lead people to think it's very easy to win - I'm sure a private corporation that advertised it

The lotto is IMPOSSIBLE to win
My user name reveals my belief about life. Weshar75 If you live in the west you must part your hair at a 75 degree angle. I am a senior member here and not new to the lotto. There is a saying that goes, He who makes the rules must have a leprechaun and his pot of gold. That is unless he has a Visa Check Card. Then he will not get charged for Fraudulent charges. In other words DON'T MESS WITH THE LEPRECHAUN! I do trust the lottery commission and everyone involved running it be

Can't beat the state P3 Odds but maybe
amber123 and Domeman are right. Maybe you just don't frequent the Pick 3 forum much, but I have posted numerous times that Lottery Post is not the place for discussion about online gambling. Normally I would even delete this question about it, because it only encourages more discussion about it. Please click the Report Abuse link on any post that discusses online gambling. Lottery Post is for the discussion of official government-run lotteries and tickets purchased at official retailers, n
