Ok let say I have $200 that I want to invest in the pick 3 game. That is my budget. So, when you play online the payout is different right, the plan here is not to lose too much money when you play. I am not big on rundowns. If you play online it makes more sense to do it. I dont play online. It depends on how strong your feeling for 00 is. And your budget. You may want to do some boxed and some bx/st. The 00=45 is just a guideline I suppose. A sort of trigger. I learned it on the dream team thread, but of course it does not always work.
