I just wanted to share with you guys. There has not been a matrix setup for Connecticut .... BUT.... my own personal indicators are strongly showing a triple coming. The false trip is now out of the way.

So I am going to share an idea that is based off Cesar's original content. As stated, the leading 0 and two numbers that increment are a trigger for something to happen. But there's also some extra details to watch for. If a number leads with 0 and the number steps down (eg: 98) then it's still a trigger and you will look for the next number after that. For example, Let's say in the case of Connecticut where 054 was played. You will look for one of 3 things to happen.
