Bob, I think you need to reread the posts...you are twisting things like several others have done..He will be going to court for a civil case....slander...not going to court over a system, method or outrageous claims...civil court there is no DA...Todds site may be legitimate..but who is to say that Arlene's/Don Davis's site is not legitimate? ...Have you heard any complaints against Arlene on this forum..no....nothing but praises from 4 LP members..

So if i accidently came up with, e.g. 10 pick3 numbers, and they would happen to be 10 out of the 31 from A. Hmmm, Todd runs the most popular lottery forum site on the planet as well as a legitimate news service while Chopperhead sells hot lottery numbers, what could possibly go wrong taking this to court? Most of those law suits against big lottery winners don't have a chance but I think the ones suing hope the winners would rather settle out of court for a few millions than wait until after a trial to collect their money.
