If the cash:annuity ratio stayed the same it would be $628.9 million cash. If it's really $6 0 8.9 that's a pretty big change in interest rates, and a fairly big coincidence that the difference is an even $20.0 million. The TX website hasn't posted the worksheet yet, but that should give us the answer if MUSL doesn't make a change first.
