Has a jackpot winner ever been sold in Oregon? At least one previous PB jackpot. Oregon is also the only place that sold a jackpot winning ticket through a valet service. I will say this.... A 3-hour delay absolutely had an impact on who won and lost. Had the draw been on time those numbers certainly would not have been the winning set. The butterfly effect is real!! I say all this to say... it should have been me lol Jk congrats to Oregon! They went 6 years without a jackpot win!
