I think the common flaw when it comes to complaint is that sometimes the person involved is the last one to know. I hope they can resolve this complaint the health of their employees should always be their no.1 priority!

PB bumped the 2nd tier prize from $200k to $1 million which is probably why the complaints have been kept to a minimum. If MM did something similar then it may not be as bad.
