New Jersey woman to take legal action against Atlantic City casino after being refused $2.5M payout
I recall years ago I had the cheat sheet for Blackjack, but I was afraid to use it because camera is all over the place and casinos. I don't go to casinos no more. I just stopped going about I don't know 20 years ago. I went with a friend of mine we went to Atlantic City. , it was on New Year's Eve in the mid 2000s maybe early 2000s and it was his birthday. Still forget that night. . I ended up asking security where he was at because I couldn't find him and then he showed up my dude I had

$1.08 billion Powerball lottery winner Yanira Alvarez filed claim for jackpot over five months ago
I would have given the clerk that ticket and just tell the truth that I found it left behind in the machine. Maybe the clerk knows who to return it to because it's a regular customer, maybe not. Either way, it's out of my hands. If the clerk is dishonest enough to try to claim it as her own, she won't get very far because of the time stamp and security footage. Not my monkeys not my circus, as they say.

$1.08 billion Powerball lottery winner Yanira Alvarez filed claim for jackpot over five months ago
Retailers have security cameras and sometimes the machines themselves also have cameras. That would prove you bought the tickets even if you couldn't remember exactly where or when. Worst case scenario, if the lottery demanded an absurd level of precision that you couldn't provide, you could sue them to pay out the prize. I doubt they would refuse to pay out a prize because you couldn't remember whether or not you bought a bag of Cheetos with the ticket.

$1.33 billion Powerball jackpot won by one ticket sold in Oregon
Has a jackpot winner ever been sold in Oregon? At least one previous PB jackpot. Oregon is also the only place that sold a jackpot winning ticket through a valet service. IIRC the winner was from Iran (possibly Iraq?) but I think the prize was too small to be PB or MM. I have two bachelor's degree one statistics ... Your degree is statistics is apparently worth almost as much as your PB ticket for last Saturday. Once they sell 1% of the combinations what do you think happens with t

$1.23 BILLION: Powerball jackpot juggernaut keeps rolling
Thanks for the info. For some reason powerball.com is blocked on my computer and won't come up on my Android either. The block just ended for Mega millions. Glad no individual state held up the data/security stuff to Iowa as happens infrequently!

U.K. convicts used stolen card to win £4 million lottery prize; now card owner wants the winnings
Apparently, but in another statement he mentions that Goodrow copied the CC Info onto his hand He believed that the debit card information was stolen from him on a night out in Clapham, he told The Sun. Goodram saw the card details and wrote them down on his hand. With the card information, he and Watson bought 180 worth of goods at a Londis convenience store in Clapham. So maybe not the physical card but you sometimes don't need it if purchasing at a store or online. Maybe it did

$1.3 billion Mega Millions lottery winner's family sues him for not sharing jackpot
Except you don't know if that's actually the case. As I said before, if this was only about him battling with Sara and him being in the wrong then John Sr would simply have sided with Sara publicly and defended her. Instead he's suing his son for a share of the winnings so this is very much about the money for him. The fact that in the midst of all this acrimony wealth John hasn't tried to go for custody is also telling. Why hasn't he if he's supposedly using his child to get back at Sara.
