I wonder if the ticket was bought by the lotter since they buy tickets in Oregon and may have access to their own dedicated machines, which maybe why the location of the store hasn't been revealed.

I always check the estimated net payout and looking past the advertised jackpot (which the latter is obviously pulling more people into buying tickets). After all, the bigger amount looks way better when advertised (until you read the short print, if there's any... ).
