Just updated the guide with Maryland's raffle! I did see the press release about it launching today, but I was not sure if there was an announcement about it earlier since I originally did not find anything about it in my research. Interestingly, the last time Maryland had a raffle was back in 2007 , which had 420,000 tickets for sale and offered four $1 million top prizes. Yay for Maryland for getting a raffle again!
