Testing data for randomness / predictability
JW It's been awhile, I tried downloading the express version of studio 2005 but the link seemed to be dead. I was hoping to stay away from the gcc but looks like that may be the only way. My borland turbo C++ is older than the hills and think it's too dated. I was sure it would do the job but after editing the makefile it reported 25 errors. I also tried to compile each test one at a time but not to be. I am thinking of porting the code to qb64 but need to study it a little more.

Mechanical Lottery Ball Machine and RNG.
Hi frencie, Your question is a worthy one, to be sure, just like the weight of one ball compared to another was found to differ because of the additional ink. My humble experience report after approx 25 years @ gaming ground zero, Las Vegas is: although serious keno players of live ball vs RNG Video Keno machines, may differ if the effect on their game plan is positive vs negative - almost 95% concur that the distribution of of the number outcome is definitely different. Many say because t

pick 3: You can control the probability distribution of your winnings
that's a lot of odds, makes me dizzy but if it works for you, I once used a 36 number box group not hard to figure out, there 36 boxed combinations using one number , not counting doubles. that way I pick one number to hit , play 36 or 18 bucks win 80 or 40 if number falls. I will do 0's for ya, so you understand. 012,013,014,015,016,017,018,019, 023,024,025,026,027,028,029,034 035,036,037,038,039,045,046,047 048,049,056,057,058,059,067,068 069,078,079,089, Play those an 0 fall

Neural Net Lottery Picker
Hello: About NNLP,these are 5 of the 8 picks that I ll play for today: 6-14-15-28-29-30 7-11-12-13-34-35 6-8-9-10-36-37 3-4-5-6-38-39 5-6-40-41-42-43 It s very curious, that the picks contents a lot of consecutive numbers. Perhaps, will be a good idea, reject the bets with more of 2 consecutive numbers.I ll study in the next draws... Thanks and regards.

Nonlinear regression to predict lotteries
Ok BOB Straight up, using regression to predict a random lottery drawing is a waste of time. Selecting your numbers randomly might even do better. Study the data, make your best guess, and forget regression as it's not going to help. Population densities in a lottery game are a product of random and while they may continue there is no way to predict when. I have ran thousands of simulations using regression and tested the results against real random data, ie past drawings, and cou

Math the old math can't work it's called Transparent Math
Chrissy is right. Dinosaur math is better than Invisible math. Far more advanced too. You can do more with Dinosaur math than Invisible math. After 3 pages what do we know about Invisible math? 1) The Laws of Math. Since you haven't explained what it is, we can assume it is a catch all phrase to mean anything you want at the moment. 2) We have INVISIBLE NOTES which you say study BUT HAVE NOT POSTED. 3) We have the number 1. In thirty minutes Sesame Street can teach a three year o

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
RJ I have a tool that can be ran after the drawing which will record all of the filters that would have been required to match 4of5's. What or how it works is it uses the 5 numbers that hit and then wheels every five number com- bination that has at least 4 of the winning numbers. It then runs these 4of5 matches through all the filters and prints to a file the missed values. Most of the 4of5's will show 3 to 6 filters that would needed to be changed but there is always a couple th

Some new results on some old techniques.
Thur? Really? I just typed Thur? Been typing adn for and all night. That's Thru, not thur, opening the previous post. This is from that 488,4992 set that just hit on the 22nd. The same from the previous post. It's where I showed the 1411 a while back. All these are is taking those sums of NN,PS and the rest and adding them diagonally. Like I did that 1411. I just put a spot i the book so I could study that to see if it happened anymore. That's in BI and BL. Those are the cells AJ and AK 75
