One way or another
If the prize pool for all prize categories are suppose to be paid orshared amongst the winners then it does not matter how many winnersthere are!
That isn't how the prize money is handled.
The prize pool must be divided to the actual winners! Must ? Not necessarily. You can't make the rules for their lottery.
Theway you say it then its okay to pay the share of the jackpot to oneperson and keep the rest for the next draw!

Yes the main National Lottery game in UK is a 6/49 game.
My confusion about the odds was highlighted when i saw that for the different prize tiers in that game ......... for choosing 3 numbers correct OUT of the 6 MAIN numbers drawn the odds of doing that correct 1:57 chance (thereabouts).
BUT,
in the HOTPICKS PIck 3 game cause you are trying to get 3 numbers correct OUT OF the whole series of 49 numbers..... the odds became 1:922

I see that you still have your problem and couldn t rectify if! Here is two clues
I called the name of this program Rotating Bridging Board
The repeats are in exact locations
What you have to remember all the sequences have over 2400 repeats did your program find the all seven numbers in any format or settings?
