O.k., first just let me say that I don't mean to offend anyone, even though I know I will. Everyone has their own opinion and their right to it. Thanks for your response. I'm not so sure what you mean by there is always enough money . Even if 100% of ticket sales go to prizes, you (the group of lottery players) will only get back the amount you paid, i.e if 10,000,000 people played an average of 2 dollars each, the total return they'll get back will be 20,000,000, and not a single cent more.
