RNG (Random Number Generator) for 5 of 11 game
We have a game here in China that is a 5 of 11. The game is drawn every 11 minutes. They use a RNG to draw the numbers. Here is the website so you get the idea. http://www.yntc8.cn/datachart/TcDataChart5.aspx You can play it straight or box. My question is: Is there a RNG that allows you to input the history of the numbers before it generates a RNG based on the history that is inputted? I've seen RNG apps bout none let's you insert prior history. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Hope t

I Maintain that the Theory Any Powerball Combo can Win Is BS
I imagine they use Chinese characters in China! Or, maybe not...I bought a Pick 3 ticket while I was in Japan and it had numbers on it. We were just discussing this topic on the Systems board: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/299642/4479815 Also, if you see the winning numbers as merely symbols with no mathematical meaning, how would you go about picking which symbols to put on your playslip? QP?

Does anyone have a chart or program to show this breakdown?
I agree with you 100%. It also cracks me up when I read how some members won't play or only play the lotto until the Jackpot get to $200,000,000. I say, why not play pick 5 with a strategy and try to win $50,000 and up (which in IMHO is more doable) rather then try to play a game with almost no realistic chance of winning if only by a wing and a prayer. I guess to each it's own. I think if you are going to play MM or PB, play less money not more. Playing the take 5 you have a real fighting chanc

Star power
Few Americans are aware of the immense scientific contributions of India and China. Albert Einstein wrote: We owe a lot to the Indians, who taught us how to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made. The number zero was introduced by an Indian mathematician named Aryabhatta. We take the significance of the number zero for granted. Yet, until one thousand five hundred (1500) years ago, mathematicians did not realize that it was necessar

CIA and Dept of Defense use math to tell Future!
I'm not the only one concerned about suspicious looking URLs when what you see is not what you get... Intrusions include the chief information security officer of a sensitive agency discovering that his computer was sending data to computers in China. He had been the victim of a new type of spear phishing attack. Once the attackers got inside, they had freedom of action to use his personal computer as a tunnel into his agency s systems. Or there are the problems that hundreds of senior f

Let's be totally stupid
Ok,,, but you went over my head with your college level vocabulary. I understand about the use of different machines PLUS using different ball sets, but what I don't understand is why you think the numbers drawn are not random, or do not form a random string ? I don't care if they use 500 different machines and 500 different ball sets. (unless you're one of the ones that believe that amount of PAINT used on the ball determins which balls pops up more often). The number 1 uses less paint than

Digit System Filters (Another Angle)
Yes, there is a significance. Should the lottery in China use pictures of animals in their lottery we, as serious lotto players, would assign a numerical value with each animal dipicted. We would convert those meaningless objects into a numerical language (which would then give meaning to them). With a language (and math is a language) we can then go where Angels fear to tread . There is only one ball with the number one (1) written on it. When you see the number 1 you can safely assume you h
