Histotical Lottery Data
I have PA evening pick 3 data back to 1977. The data forms a discrete uniform distribution no matter how you slice it. The full history is just as uniform as taking a 150 draw samples. The mid day game in PA has fewer draws, but the same distribution. Your best bet to collect full histories is to visit each state's results sections. Some have an actual API, others have urls with a year at a time.
