How Slot Machines Work
Saw a video on how a RNG chooses the 20 numbers in state lotteries' 4 minute Keno games. According to Massachusetts Lottery Director, their Keno RNG constantly generates 20 number combos and the combo drawn when the drawing starts is the official results. Didn't explain other type of games RNG drawings like pick 3 and 4, but if it's similar, sort of makes past drawings irrelevant.
