I have won this way with the FB. If over $599, you do have to go to the lottery office. However, the transaction are treated separately. Your ticket won is paid out, then the FB amount. Nothing was taxable.

GA will eventually drop a big payout number, but does it really matter? Everyone has learned that once something big drops players will be punished for a few months as they will drop nothing but BS. So for all the newbies that don't know how this works, once they do drop something big, you should do your wallet a favor and keep it shut for at least several weeks if not months. I know one thing and that's many individuals part of this scam and the state are making bank and our white collar crime
