I will tell you this I noticed that when Ncel paid out all that money on those 2's I saw a big difference in the amount of raffle tickets they sold since last night. Is it possible they may decide to let something else drop so that the sale of those raffle tickets will increase some more? They even had to change the draw date on them bc they hadn't sold them all out. Today was supposed to be the official last day of selling them but they couldn't so they changed the date. So thru my brainstormin
