Predicting multiple states is like surrounding the path of what you are hunting (the winning combo) with traps like an ambush. The only way for the prey (the winning combo) to escape is the go back the way it came. The only problem for the winning combo is that it is only able to travel in one direction at a time. Either hot or cold. There is no escaping being trapped. Winning becomes inevitable with better traps. I predict the same pair that is cold in =4 of out 35 individual state drawings

It took me forever to type this up. and I just watched it win the 454 combo that was drawn in the Tristate day drawing. Now I'm happy, grateful and kind of pissed at the same time because it has taken so long to post this forecast. I wish my fingers had fingers then maybe I could type faster. Results for Forecast #2 Level 3 This forecast took longer than expected. However, 886 was finally drawn in the ON day drawing! Prediction Statement : I expect 1 out of the 10 combos to win in less than 62 drawings. 62 / 34 = expect to win within 1-2 days. 10 double pair combos are cheaper to play more drawings until you win. 10 Single pair combos cost more money to play more drawings until you win. It costs more money to double your money when you win than it does to get a =10% ROI. Since single pairs cost more to play more drawings over time I usually just play for a =10% ROI when my budget is tied up in other forecasts. Playing multiple forecasts at a time can tie up your budget. You may have the money to play but it's being used

I'm focusing on developing this strategy more than any other. Results for THIS IS A TEST FORECAST This forecast won the 133 combo in the 12/26 TX morning drawing! Prediction Statement : Any order double combos are pretty cheap to play. With a $1,000 budget you can afford to play to 62 drawings and still double your ROI. Sooooo I expect to win in less than 62 drawings. There are 10 state drawings with their own pair to play each day. 62 / 10 = winning within 6-7 days.
