9674 hasn't hit since 9/15/1987 and was the only time it has hit in Ohio pick 4 since it started ??? Hmmm but it has repeated the same numbers and 0123 1234 1111 have hit multiple times since the year 2000... I'm starting to believe the pick 4 in Ohio isn't rigged but fixed like a slot machine. Each combination has to collect a certain amount of money before it's dropped. It's just I have been really looking at Ohio pick 4 lottery past month and there are a lot of shady things.

I was told it was GA. It happened for a while but then it stopped I just recently starting playing PICk 3 in March and there hasn't been much a GA/VA connection. Recently there have been numbers occurring in both. Maybe it is starting up again. My mother who never plays the lottery calls me Friday and tells me she had a dream about her grandmother who died when she was 72. They CERTAINLY are and you at least have a chance to win down there. NC is in their 2nd week of the month and everything changed again with 1-off's every draw. Having a WO that works for 6 of 8 draws and then just stops working when Sunday (Their new week start) comes around tells you they are crooked Ba$tards and that is putting it mildly. If I had more time to play in SC, I would have written of the NC Extortion Lottery long ago. Just sad that they do this and have not been busted.....YE

That's a good question, TheBiz!. This was just a random stranger I encountered at a lottery machine. Some players are very secretive about their workups, so I didn't press for more info, just listened to what she had to say. FYI, the only other thing she said was that she is also expecting 7777 in the Pick 4. I just looked it up and 7777 has only fallen twice in the history of the Pick 4, the last time as 04/13/2004 Day: 7777 Night: 0251 about 13,734 draws ago. Poking around a bit in the Pick 4
