Congrats on your win this evening. There is also a strong possibility that the 931 may show itself in the cash4 this evening as well. Also, Marge if you are reading this post, I see where no one claimed the $77 million Powerball ticket that was sold in West Ga. With that being said, I understand that the unclaimed prize money is going back into the prize pool and is to be divided amongst participating states and will be used for future games and special prize promotions. With the Fast Plays, they roll them out with the promise of 13 top prizes, but if not enough people are playing it, those prizes just won't be there. You kind of have to think of them as a parimutuel jackpot system. If you play, you could win a chunk of whatever monies have been paid in for that particular game, but if it isn't a popular game, then the money's just not there to pay out.
