I cashed a scratch on on line in Kentucky. I played some Keno I won some lost some and I tried to get some money off they told me 3 to 5 days is the quickest you can get money back off. That's not the first problem I've had on mine I won $2 on Keno they said it was a loser but the drawing number that was online where's the ticket that I had bought it was a winner it took a good while for me to get the money out of them for that plus there's no way to watch the pick 3 or pick 4 drawings not even
