So I have been watching the Cash Pop game. After I won $5, I noticed that the 11 had not hit yet. As of now they have had 59 games and no 11. Its a 1 thru 15 game. So my question is - is it rigged that the 11 has not hit yet???? And if not, how long would the 11 have to be out before it is rigged?

I will tell you one thing I'm old not old enough but 60 years old. I've NEVER seen a lottery like NC. They block whatever trip or quad they think is coming. They rack up money when people play 769 241 500 definitely 123. All of the states have thrown trips quads over the past 3 weeks not Nirth Carolina. Picture this it's only 9 balls picture why 3 or 4 of the same balls never come some of the quads haven't been in 11 years. Yelp you got it I told all my family quit playing and get on snip s that

This is in response to JRWURSTON ... POP. At the beginning all numbers were different for about the first 6 draws, then we had 2 come out 3 times in a row. So no I do not think it is rigged, it is a random number generator. But what I am thinking is that 11 will come today or tomorrow. And then possible 2 repeats within 4 draws. Call me crazy K.

I think it is rigged. I noticed that 11 didn't hit last week. I started playing $5 -$10 on it and I was getting $75-$150 payouts of it hit. As of yesterday, I only get $25 payout. This happened 4 times since yesterday. at the very least, they are reducing the payout based on the odds of it hitting.

I'm going to quit playing the POWERBALL!!! I think it's rigged. It always payed out/winning tickets in the Northern States that pay state/federal taxes. I'm mad.. I thought I was going to wake up retired. Lol I had a short term good feeling of feeling like the winner. There was a 3 hour delay- SUSPECT!!!
