with this pick 4 never having winners and now the scratch off scam i have to say the indiana lottery must be corrupt,has to be...........i mean like jeff said in other states your seeing multiple winners everyday and tens of thousands in winnings and then you got indiana never having a winner and then maybe 4 or 5 thousand won in a day then you got the scratch off scam,those lottery officials in indiana need to be questioned and probed,jeff i'd see about maybe getting with a few other disgruntle

Todd,I can't envision any state having a scheme to not pay out any prize money because someone who would talk. I was thinking of the kind of corruption revealed recently in the scam of the lottery worker and his two buddies buying the million dollars scratch-off ticket.The other day while I was buying my lottery tickets, another lottery player remarked that he had bought a box/straight pick3 ticket everyday for the last 3 months and hadn't won anything and the pick3 game had to be a scam. I am starting to think it's a big scam. we drove to Indianapolis last week and I stopped in Georgia, Kentucky Tennessee and played 1010 with no problems. while in Indianapolis. I wD walking up to play 30 minutes before the draw and was getting the number....hmmm. must be a Florida lottery trick

I think the Cash 4 promotion is basically a scam. Bought 40 tickets last night. Not a single instant winner. Bought another 40 tickets midday. Still nothing. Store owner advised they haven't had any winners yet on the so-called promotion .

In addition to posting in the right forum, you might want to reconsider your title to this topic. Are you seriously suggesting that someone will become a millionaire by playing Pick 4? Any time I see something like that, I immediately think scam . Because as much as I or anyone else loves playing Pick 4, we are under no misconceptions that we will become millionaires playing the game.

Just woke up and seen cash 4 results and I'm heart broken 1000 crossed my mind but I went with 1001 thinking since Marge was retiring that she would drop this number and I went with I initially said I was going to put with every # for $.50 but after last night cash 3 scam I got discouraged. :-(
