Lets drop the odds on Cash 5Reply
In the last 10 games in the Virginia cash 5, a number from the last draw has hit 7 times. one game out has hit 10 times. I think you need to relook at your database, because 7 hits out of 10 games is nothing to reject. Libra Dave

How many combos to win a cash 5 game at least 50% of the time?Reply
Here in Virginia our Cash 5 game is a 5/34 game. You can play for $0.25 a line and win $25,000 for a 5/5 ticket. All prizes are NOT paramutual and there can be 10 winners for $25,000 a piece and everyone will receive their $25,000. I think VA is the best Cash 5 game b/c you can play 4 lines for a dollar, its only 5/34 and you get all your prize money regardless of our many winners. However, I too am looking at how to cut back on combos here.

Lottery programs and never a Pick 5Reply
West Virginia has a 6/25 game that pays $25,000 for matching all 6 numbers and last summer one person had 7 winning tickets. A few years ago an Ohioan had over 50 tickets on the same combination in the Buckeye 5 and that made the news because the top prize was $100,000, the aggregate payoff was $1 million, and there was another winning ticket. The Ohio Lottery did the right thing and paid the one player $100,000 and gave $1,000,000 to the player with the 50 winning tickets.

Gerogia's Fantasy 5 would be at the top of my list if it went back to 5/35 like it originated. I don't spend near as much $$$$$$$$$$$$ playing our 5/39 as I did the original 5/35 Fantasy 5 because it's noooooot as much fun to play. I go weeks without spending a dollar for a play even though payouts have changed.Virginia and Florida are getting accoladed because of lower matrices...... perhaps Georgia could take the hint ....... it's the matrix which makes the game fun to play or not. Hello .
