Yes only for one day. I am not very crazy about the promotion for the same reasons you had stated. I did not want to jump on the promotion at the beginning, considering I still have the whole month to choose to do it. If I have a strong feeling on say when the 3 or 20 or 4 will hit then I might do the promotion as those numbers have a higher then normal double hit ratio (or chance to repeat) and I would use some or all of those numbers as my power numbers. I had all five numbers from last night's drawing! But only two on the same line . Each of the numbers that won last night were extra random numbers that I included with recent hot numbers. I cannot believe both winners from last night's drawing chose those numbers themselves for the same line! I have been entering and submitting my FF5 tickets in the bonus promotion using the lottery's app on my smartphone. Today I read on The Florida Lottery's website that players should keep their original tickets as they might be needed to claim a bonus prize. Now they tell me..... If my FF5 ticket was a loser, after I scanned it with my phone to enter the promotion, it hit the garbage can. If I won cash with my FF5 ticket, the retailer paid me my prize money and I guess they threw it out...

Yeah, I noticed that too. I was wondering if we broke Take 5! It's especially strange considering they've got a T5 ticket promotion this month. You'd think the extra sales to get over the $10 hump plus the 3 free QPs would add more coverage. I just noticed the march promotion, buy $10 and get $3 in quick picks free. This is nice, but be careful if you play your tickets yourself in an automated machine. I used an automated machine last night before knowing about the promotion, even though I pruchased I $50 in take 5, it counted it as 10, $5 purchases and received no free quick picks. They should really make Take 5 playslips with 10 game on them.

I think it's being driven by the $25 promotion. Players are buying FF5 tickets trying to win 25 dollars instantly, and they might be buying more than they usually do as well. I also think that when the promo ends, the jackpot numbers will decline. I think too that the number of jackpot winners will also decline. G5

Good evening all...spoke with a Lottery Rep today. From March 20 to April 30 there will be a promotion with F5. They will be spitting out $25 coupons randomly if your playing the F5. They will be spending 7M in $25 coupon during those dates. Sounds like incentive to play which could help the jackpots then. Keep your eye on the clerks so you don't get ripped off
