CASH,Well the TN Lottery has to be around for 6 months before they can join a multi-state organization. Then it's probably another 3-4 months after they are approved, before the tickets start (especially considering the slowness with which TN deals with their lottery). So we're looking at late 2004. Hot Lotto would be 2 1/2 years old by then. Depending on how sales go in DC may determine whether MUSL keeps the game.As far as TN joining MUSL or going with MM, that's really very interesting. Cause

I think Michigan is #5. Michigan only games like their lotto game can be claimed anonymously but if you win a multi-state game like Powerball there is no anonymity. The Ohio lottery has told me you can only claim their lottery anonymously if you claimed with a blind trust. Here is a recent article written by an attorney who represented a winner. Lotto America, Real Or Not
This is an opinion post with an interesting poll question. Is the new Lotto America game computer generated or going to become computer generated? Now, before you answer, you need to read this through completely. We have seen many question the real ball drawing promoted about this lottery game. However, history is not in their favor.
