his point is subliminal. However, I would imagine that NYL could increase sales with a promotion. The old buy five get three promotion was like offering ice cream to a child. But did they try and press it. No. They are suffering from sales, but did they try and be daring and offer this promotion in the last 12 months? No. Now they took all our money, and dont even want to try and give half of it back. This could be the scam of the century.

Unless every possible combination is played which is 195 million + you cannot have a 99.9% Degree of Certainty...this also means its to the lotteries advantage to print out duplicate tickets where there is not a winner despite the high volume of tickets sold. I think it's been said many times that all of the lottery terminals possess a random number generator for quick picks. If true, then the lottery folks have no control over how many of the total combinations will be in play.

Pick 6 helpful tips?
Hello, I'm kind of new in this, i know there's a lot of scam and fraud with fake lottery guides but i've been trying to figure out some tips which will help me play 6/39 lottery. I thought about using wheels but i need to eliminate some numbers before...i want to get to around 15-20 numbers to play with and then choose the wheel. I know of repeated numbers (same number in concecutive draws), hot numbers, concecutive numbers and i'm looking for more ways of elimination. Please help

That is my point exactly KY Floyd. What says this guy has a system. Because he can bet on one PB number a get a hit. I have played PB for over three years.
