WIN LOTTERY EVERYDAY
THE ALTRUISM LOTTERY PROJECT IDEA...... the real idea of ALTRUISM is to be true and for those who would end the hunger or lack, due to mankind selfishness and self interest... This is done by helping ALL people be out of poverty, NOT RULE BY GOVERNMENT OR MONEY and not just by charity but by real sharing of the common good, which makes all RICH and GOOD... We really dont need some idea of god or religion to make this SO..... There should really be no need for charity donation causes due to those

This year, so far, I've spent a couple grand and only got about $6 in returns.
$6 can buy you a poster of the beach to tape to your window. As for charity, if you want to donate, then donate. You don't have to wait for a jackpot win.

Wisconsin SuperCash $$
The guy's lucky enough to win 5.9 million in the lottery then plays games by not turning the ticket in for almost half a year. If he doesn't need the money he should give it to charity.

Does a $1Billion Jackpot change your 'What You would do if you Won the Jackpot' Plans Any?
LOL I meant to say, I plan to set budgets for charity giving, sharing with family and friends. Some times I don't proof read what I type.

Does a $1Billion Jackpot change your 'What You would do if you Won the Jackpot' Plans Any?
No. I still plan to invest most of the windfall. It's too much money to not help out family members and close family friends. I plan to set buts for charity giving, sharing with family and friends. Once the money is gone, its gone.

Matrix change: Powerball to get much harder to win?
Matrix change? Hmmm...so long as its in the favor of the player :) I say go ahead and change it! Make it more cash for the players! Otherwise make it tax free entirely since each state has already designated a state run charity style program. Bottom line....make it playable and win-able , NOT inconceivable to win!

>Looks like very few, if any, were able to collect in lump sum when they won.Yes it does. $4 million divided by 20 years minus taxes is probably only $140,000 a year. If you go buying cars, houses, go gambling, take expensive vacations and hand out money right and left to your family, friends or charity, you'll quickly find yourself with your last $2000 waiting 7 long months for the next check. You can live a lot more comfortably than you do now, but you can't live like a millionaire.

Vision, In my elaborite fantasy my lawyer will double as a psychiatrist, and will cure me of any delusions I have of Michael Jackson and giving it away to charity. As a matter of fact I think he is sending me to a topless beach in France with a shoebox full of twentys. Don't forget your Quick Picks this week, and double up on them if we don't have a winner by the weekend.

A Model for What to do with the Jackpot You just Won
I agree with ya that ya can't just squirrel a few million away in a non-interest bearing checking account and deplete the account every year without making more. And I agree that you've gotta have a plan. But I agree with previous posters that not everyone wants to have a ton of money and not everyone is willing to wait on getting nice things for a decade until they have a huge amount in their investment account. I'm a few years older than Brad Duke, and I'm very aware of my mortality. I c
