Found out today when I visited a Massachusetts Lottery retailer that players can purchase a group season ticket. All Season Tickets must be registered. That can be done either on The Mass Lottery's website by the purchaser or the player can mail The Mass Lottery the registration form that prints out of the terminal at the retailers location along with the Season Ticket. When you purchase the SM promo, you get two tickets the same way as you posted it. I purchased my SM promo ticket at a NY Lottery Headquarters where the employees SHOULD know what they are doing regarding retailer mistakes and returning tickets in error. They then have the option of trying to sell or cancel it. I did not get that info from the NY State Lottery, so it may not be correct. I'm not sure how Texas got involved in this. If the ticket was bought in New Mexico, that's where it has to be redeemed.
