MD Powerball
They are looking to compete with NJ, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, I think. Pennsy just approved table games (!) and Delaware is next. Going to a casino and just popping dollars into a one-armed bandit quickly grows old, but I can stay all day roaming between blackjack and craps!

Delaware Lotto Non-Winning Streak II
I have no idea why Delaware passed on Hot Lotto when it began in 2002, or later that year when Pennsylvania joined MUSL. Delaware is home to tax-free shopping. A better idea is to improve its lineup of lottery games.

Delaware Lotto Non-Winning Streak II
As much as I would like to see Delaware get Hot Lotto, I'm not counting on it. Delaware would actually be better replacing MWL with Mega Millions, becoming the only state to sell both PB and MM.

Delaware Lotto Non-Winning Streak II
It might be considered a Lemons of a game except it's all cash. Has Delaware ever SERIOUSLY considered Hot Lotto? Look what Delaware has been missing out on lately.

Delaware Multi-UnWinable Lottery
I see that Delaware also will have a raffle. That rules out Delaware as the next Hot Lotto state. So you're saying that Multi-Win is a lemon ?

Delaware Multi-UnWinable Lottery
If anyone has noticed, no one has won the multi-win lotto for the past 50 drawings (16 weeks, 3 times per week). Most people I talk to won't play it because they think it's rigged. I'm sure Wayne Lemons will dismiss that and call it jackpot fatigue again.

Hot Lotto to add another state in Nov.
It would not surprise me at all if it were Delaware. The Multi-Win Lotto isn't really doing anything for them at all. Keep in mind that most people in Delaware and easily drive to Maryland and play their game for no less than 10x what Delaware's pays, not to mention PA's Match 6.

Delaware
Hot Lotto should have eight members by spring (currently has the original six.) PA will have a new (untitled) game in early 2004.

Delaware 66 Jackpots
Just noticed this on Delaware's website:
Saturday's Powerball Jackpot = $66 Million Annuity
Friday's Lotto Jackpot = $66,000 Cash
Might be a good time to play those 6's in Delaware.
