I guess I don't like giving my money to a state full of useless idiots. I think of california as a communist state that needs to win the lottery jack pot often enough to afford it's bad to worse communist stupidity. When your state politicians visit california, they might try to californize your state! Would you want nancy pelosi, or dianne feinstein running things in wisconsin? You could not pay me the record jackpot from both MM PB and Wisconsin NO bucks! to set foot in that place.

There is a 2-3 mile strip of stores in Wisconsin that has sold something like six winning PB tickets between them, that's been noted before.

I read this was the biggest PB win for Wisconsin since 1998 when a bartender from Chicago drove to Wisconsin to buy tickets for his customers. As I remembered, one of his customers won and assured him he would be well rewarded. After the winner got with his kids and lawyers and claimed the money with his kids, he offered the bartender $10K and the bartender sued claiming he was expecting something closer to $1M. I never did hear how the court ruled. I hope this winner doesn't have a friend
