ny sweet million help
i have 1800 bucks to spend on the next drawing and want help on how i should spend it.The ny lottery has a promotion of buy a 5 quick pick and get a free 3 dollar quick pick.I usually play all my money on one retailer.I had a crazy idea of going to about 18 different stores and play 100 bucks in each.I have been playing hardcore for about two months wasting 1,000 dollars a drawing but cant even seem to hit 5 numbers at all.I play all quick picks so if anybody got some recommendation on the best

I make out play slips for my tickets so they have to be printed out in my presence but I do notice the retailer number on the bottom of the tickets because when I buy tickets at several locations, I prefer to cash my winners where I bought them.

Woohoo 4 numbers plus had a 4 multiplier!!
Okay as wins goes its not huge, but 600.00 is the most ive ever wonNow I have to wait till monday to go get the $$ Id give up the 1.00 dollar difference from being able to claim at retailer to going to the stupid 40 mile away regional office. Oh well, 2$ dollar ticket qp with multiplier 596$ profit (minus gas)..Sorry had to crow abit, everyone here is a sleep.

Yeah, I agree, gas station/convenience stores are where you'll find Lotto. Seems like every Lotto Joint in the state is a Mobil On-The-Run kind of place. Sometimes I look for an off the beaten path type of store to buy a ticket. A privately owned Mom Pop kind of place. Usually those kinds of places are where you'll find an owner who'll tell you little tidbits about the lottery that they know about because they're a lottery retailer. Cash in MegaMillions ticket in another state?
Now that Indiana has MegaMillions, can I bring in a ticket ($2 winner) that was purchased in Illinois to an Indiana retailer to claim the two bucks? Or do I have to take it back to the Land of Lincoln? Thanks.

When I play Mega Millions, I have to decide which numbers will be the winning numbers of the draw before buying it. In California Super Lotto Plus, if I don't like the ticket, I can cancel the ticket and don't pay a dime to same retailer who sold the ticket to me.

Although each state only reports THEIR winners, and I want the truth, no matter what, I DO REMEMBER that the bottom line [Illinois lottery payout page] stating the NEW 12 million in the past when there was a winner, or nothing. I do not follow EVERY drawing, but many, and so I agree with barbos as to it is PROBABLE that it SEEMS there is a rollover. Where is there a report on a winner, besides the NJ retailer ticket?

I'm a retailer in NJ and my printout from 11:36 pm says that someone here had all 5 numbers and the mega ball number and selected the cash option for 221 million. I hope it was my store, my odds are 1 in roughly 6,000 (total number of retailers in the state).
