Tri-State Megabucks
jimmy:Who was it that said only lottery states with a certain kind of terminal (not Gtech) could sell a Triple Play/Match 6 type of game? (NY has Gtech).

Ky 3 line lottery 6/39
They posted the rules, and it is, as I predicted, a Match 6 clone. First GTech state to use the format.

36 Rolls on the Powerball
Michigan got new Gtech terminals years ago. Just as a joke I asked the cashier for the winning pick 3 evening numbers for a drawing 20 days in the future and I wound up with a pick 3 ticket for that single draw for 20 days in the future for $1 so I know those terminals do lots of stuff that most cashiers never get trained in on.

Tri-State Megabucks
I said it. Only states with Scientific Games terminals (found in SC, IA, the Tri-State consortium, and soon OK), and former AWI states like PA and MD, can use it because SciGames owns the patent. On the other hand I think GTech owns the patent on Ohio's new game.

And another unrelated note, Florida should begin using GTech machines this year. They have been using the SGI technology since 1988 (when the lottery started).

When NY Lotto 59 is retired
If New York goes with a niche game, it will probably be something like Ohio's Lot 'O Play because that's the niche game GTech is offering. But I doubt that would fly with players especially since that too would probably pay 40% too (I think the NY legislature is dead set on having at least one game that pays out that amount), and NY players tend to gravitate toward no-nonsense type games (Lucky Day flopped and Pick 10 is struggling royally, and Pick 10 isn't even that odd of a game). Florida Results - An error?
Absolutely correct. It kinda bugs me that there is such a weak link in the chain (a human being!), but when something is working well most of the time and it doesn't cost much (a few minutes of time each day), it tends to get little attention, and little desire by management to throw money at it. The lotteries should hire me to act as their technical specialist to work with GTECH and/or Scientific Games (whichever is in their state) to develop a bullet-proof automated system for communicatin

Why is keno so hard to win?
In GA GTECH Corporation is the gaming software company that is used. Not sure if Mass uses them or not but I looked at your Keno results and they are definitely different. When I have some spare time i am going to definitely see if there are any similarities in any games but for the most part initially i have seen none. One of the main combinations in our game is close to yours is 4-14-63 and i actually hit here last week for $70 playing 3-13-23-63. I've seen the 2-12-13-14-23 and the 1-7
