Well, the fuel station has a little (real little) convenience store to buy snacks, etc. Usually only employee in there so, management only wants $50 in the till for security. The clerk can take money from the safe when needed to replenish the till. Can't speak for others, but I never, ever took money from the safe when a customer was in the store.
