California has 2nd chance drawings for scratchers. For example, with a scratcher game with the top prize of $100,000, they'll have a drawing for an identical prize. All you have to do to enter is input the unique code from your losing scratcher Do other states have these as well? Anyone here ever win or know someone who's won a second chance drawing? Monopoly- Ticket#17 paid out ten dollars. 18 and 19 were duds, used it for the second chance drawing they are promoting. The promotion is the worse I have seen them broadcast...a possible chance to win up to 200$....I'm in for a fifty dollar drawing and a one hundred dollar drawing. Neither of which I am betting the farm on. Did win 50$ on $2 win for life in the bonus area part (ticket #092). Win for life though is averaging one hit out of twenty tickets and then its a two dollar win.... M

Cruella, LOL! Well, I bought four $10 Gold Rush Supreme tix. One won $10, the rest nothing. So I go on the FL Lottery site to enter the Second Chance drawing, and it won't accept my ticket numbers. (I tried different tix, multiple times, zip.) They've got a fancy new page for this year-long Second Chance, and apparently it doesn't work . I filled out a form to report the problem, and got a response from Scientific Games that they would look into it.

Wisconsin just released a series of football scratch offs the other day; Green Bay Packers theme. I don't often play scratchers but I played these same ones last summer, mostly the $5 ones. Nice, I buy the 11 often cause it's my birth date, but usually no luck for me. My $500s have been 001 002. Lately the highest I've been getting is $100s, usually beginning or end of rolls. Where have you been buying rolls from? Gas stations, publix or other spots? I want to buy a roll, but always feel I'm going to be wasting money. Update - October 5, 2018 Current total for discarded lottery tickets winnings now $1,668. Even on a slack day I am building up a formidable number of entries for Pennsylvania's second chance drawing.

Something fishy going on with 100X for sure. Yesterday at the Orlando district office there were well over 25 people in front of me and at least half had 100X winning tickets.
