New to Scratchers!
I have done that in the past. Our tickets are $300 a pack for $1-$5. $600 per $10/$20 pack. Generally I will buy $5 roll and figure on 50% return. I figure if I am willing to spend $150 on tickets(with the thought process of losing by mixing and matching), I might as well buy a $300 roll to know for sure I will lose $150 but good chance to win more. I have never profited on a roll though but in 17 years I hit $500(1995)-$200(2012) and $100's and below, so I haven't been one of the lucky ones to

I am so sick of all of these losers. I than tried 10 $20 casino two of them were winners $20 each. I am starting to think I need to go to another place the Beer Dist. in trappa pa

I figured I am already invested. Even if the next one or 2nd one is only $10 then I lost $10. I figured 4-6 in a row wouldnt be uncommon for a streak. I pass the place to and from work, so it isn't out of the way. I can't believe I called the place to see if I could get in.lol I live in a small town and growing up worked the only grocery store for 10 years. That was 8 years ago and still see the regulars shoppers back then in the other grocery stores and will talk to them. Alot of them I got to k

Consecutive losing tickets
i had about 13 tickets in a row that was a dud in the 500 million dollars extravaganza i bought the whole row and the roll was a grand.I made back about 390.So i never played the extravaganza after that.I had a theory that if i stayed in the store and kept getting duds i will stay i the store until i win and that has only worked once on the magnificent millioni bought 11 duds and on the 12th it had a 250 dollar winner.I bought 12 3 million dollar richer and the 13th ticket was a 10 dollar coin b

Have you or anyone you known tipped clerks that have helped you select a winning instant ticket?
I guess you guys are right. If a clerk knew where a winning ticket was, they would buy it themselves, kind of like these folks are doing in this video: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/201509 That is a not too shocking revelation, I have suspected that things like this have been going on for a while. It was only after another member pointed out this video that I had the proof that I had been looking for. I agree with Todd that they most likely tell customers that a ticket is not a winner, and ca

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
I don't think we have any such formula in GA. Have you actually found that law that outlines the formula? I would be curious if we have such a law on the books. You say you are pretty sure that there was 9 losers in a row, but what none of us knows is if there wasn't a big winner, such as a $500 winner in that pack. I pulled out the actual losers that I found in the trash. It isn't as bad as I remembered, but pretty bad. 004-008 lost, 009 was missing, and 010 lost. I assume 009 was a winner, but

Spending $20 on Scratchers
Hi,I have been playing lottery, plus scratch tickets since 1998.I play $20.00 a week just in scratch tickets and usually less than $10.00 for big lotteries. Here in MA there are 170 scratch tickets and keeps getting bigger all the time.I look at the $5.00 tickets and find one I like, meaning has the most payouts of amounts of 10,000 and up (820-$10,000 26-$100,000 10-$1,000,000) and play 2 at beginning of week and 2 at end ($20.00) if I hit on any I keep playing depends on how much I win or if i hi

Tips for winning
Here is NC we had a $10 ticket called Cash Spectacular and I won lots of times on it and $50 and $100 several times but it is gone now and we have one that took it's place called $130 million blockbuster and it doesn't win worth a flip. You win chances to mail it for $50,000 for life and that comes up a lot. I kept my losing tickets and when I got to $140 worth I quit buying it. Also we had a $5 one called Big ol Bucks that won really good and then when it expired they came out with Jingle B

I have been winning very big on scratchers for a year. I have a question
It will be nice to sleep in and go straight home from work. But in a way I will miss it too because I'm a gambler. I enjoyed the thrill, I enjoyed it a lot and I enjoyed all the mornings I went to work happy as hell because I just won $500, or even $1000 profit. It will be nice to not be carrying $2000 cash on me. They will wonder what happened to me at Safeway. They have 2 machines each machine had 3 slots with this game. So a total of 6 games, there was a new pack or 3 almost every day. So I w
