When do scratch ticket lottery companies reset and ...
When would a lottery company reset their prizes? Once they are all gone, or when the top prizes are gone? Also, does anyone know where I could find Cherry Jubilee Scratch tickets in London, Ontario, Canada.

Starting Your Own Scratch ticket?
I don't know the Canadian laws, but since governments are governments, I suspect it would be illegal in Canada for an individual/individuals to try and distribute their own scratcht tickets, just as it is here. The govt controls them. Only the govt (here at state level) is allowed to distribute them. And the last thing the govt would want is someone else going into competition with the govt !

Starting Your Own Scratch ticket?
In the U.S. only the state governments can run a lottery - including scratchers. Any private atempt to do so would come under the RICO Act (racketeering). Probably Canada, too, whatever your equivalent law is. Some compnaies use scratchers for promotions for % off discounts or a free order of fries or a coke, but never cash prizes.

refused to pay me
In this area a few years ago, someone tried to cheat a deaf winner but hearing customers heard the winner's music from the lottery terminal and wouldn't let the clerk get away with it. Mind you, the deaf customer already knew he had won because he first checked the ticket either from TV or in the newspaper. Can't recall if the clerk was charged, but since it was in the paper, then maybe s/he was.Now we have spiffy new terminals here with a screen that shows ads for upcoming lotteries plus if s

Biggest Scratch Prize ever
Hadn't thought of that but that isn't a bad idea. I'm looking for good games in case I'm ever in those areas. As far as draw games, the Ontario Canada lottery has a bunch of interesting options if you go to their website. Getting back to instants, North Carolina and Virginia seem to have some good instant games also.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Just a FYI with Bitcoin-based online dice games. Canada recently announced new regulations regarding Bitcoin use. As a result, Canadian online Bitcoin dice sites are shutting down operations as they will not be in compliance with the new laws. While the shutdown may be temporary, they are suggesting customers to withdraw all their coins. I wouldn't be surprised if other countries move forward with similar regulations. Three months ago the IRS announced Bitcoin will be treated as property. In
