Im in Boston. Have not played in over a month today I stopped by a corner store to try the new $30 Supreme Millions. Went thru 7 before I won $50.... next tried the $30 WCM. Bought 5 tickets all lost.... then got 5 of the $20 $4M Payout. Again, all lost. Sucks that Mass is becoming like all other states just endless streaks of losing tickets..... Btw, anyone been reading about record breaking lottery sales and profits across the board ? Florida, Georgia, Texas, Mass..... It is disturbing how

What denomination would you pick if you were to buy a whole pack of scratch off tickets?
When I buy packs, they are always $10 packs since that's the highest denomination my state offers as far as packs. I have gone to Georgia and purchased $30 packs so I can easily say that if SC offered higher denomination packs or I could go to a state that offered $50 packs such as Texas and I had the financial capability to do so, I would purchase higher denomination packs, not regularly but I could afford to swing it I would. The key for me, at least in my state, when buying new packs is th

Stopped off at a gas station off the interstate on my way back home from Georgia. Dropped $20 on two new $10 Carolina Red tickets. The first was a dud, the second was a $250 spot with a dollar bill sign which doubled the prize to $500. Only my second $500 instant win ticket ever. Would post an image but can't upload from my computer.

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Don't spend more than you can afford, but keep playing! One thing is for sure - you can't win if you don't play. And keep registering for those second chance prizes as often as you can. I like to stick with the best two $10 cards and the best $20 card. I don't spread myself too thin by buying 15 different cards, nor by buying different cards every time I walk in a store. What area are you buying them in? I can't speak for Georgia, but in NC a substantial number of the big winners are hit i

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Bought 2 $5 $2,000 A Week For Life's (#057 #056) and 1 $10 $1,250,000 Cash Bonanza (#007). The #057 $2,000 A Week For Life was a winner and so was the Cash Bonanza. Spent $20 and got back $25. I'll take any kind of profit right now. I saw an advertisement while I was at the store for all the new tickets coming out on Tuesday. Theres a random $1 ticket, Walking Dead $2 ticket, $5 Cadillac Riches, and $5 Hit 500. Guess Georgia wanted to f

Washington State Lottery
Connecticut and Pennsylvania don't make my Top 5. I would replace them with Illinois and Virginia. Most Connecticut scratchers have weak top prizes, and the ConnLott will end games that still have top prizes left. Pennsylvania scratchers also tend to have weak top prizes, especially for such a heavily populated state. My Top 5, in no particular order: Massachusetts Illinois Georgia Florida Virginia

Washington State Lottery
Washington has weak payouts on their scratchers, compared to states like Georgia and North Carolina. A typical $20 card top prize in WA will only be $1M, compared to $3M or more in GA or NC. The average $10 card top prize in WA is $200K, compared to $1M in GA and NC. Overall WA's lottery is average and mediocre for the 50 states, definitely not measuring up to Top Ten lotteries like GA, NC etc. If you're a scratcher enthusiast, you can live in quite a few states that are better than WA. Not

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Different strokes for different folks. I'll stick with the $10 and up cards. I make more than 50K a year at my job, so winning 50K wouldn't allow me to quit working for even a year. It wouldn't even pay off my mortgage. Not much financial security to speak of, I'm afraid. I live in NC, but I live close enough to Georgia and Virginia that I'm able to make an occasional trip to those states to stock up on their best scratchers also.

You're spreading yourself too thin, luckyladie. If I were you, I'd key on no more than three different cards, and wouldn't bother with anything under $10. My top three choices for Georgia scratchers: $10 Million Cash Spectacular ($30) $7500 A Week For Life ($20) $1,250,000 Cash Bonanza ($10) P.S. - That $5 Anniversary card you mentioned is about played out - only 2 top prizes and 2 second prizes left.
