Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
my name is Goherd and I am a lottery addict. I have come to this revelation and I will never be able to play again. Everytime I say I am going to quit I don't. I just continue to lose money, sometimes money I can't really afford, hoping my results will somehow be different. Yes I have won a lot but I have lost more. It is no longer fun to me yet I still do it. Which means it is an addiction. I remember almost this same time last year losing a ton at the end of the year and vowed to quit. I did f

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
We have a $5 game called Holiday Gifts here in GA. It came out a few weeks ago. I got 1 $10 winner and 3 $15 winners the first 4 times I played, then nothing. I do not understand it. Maybe they put out a bunch of teasers at the beginning of the game. But if as some have stated, the distribution is random, then why would it matter when they were shipped out? I believe that they continue to print tickets; I do not think they print them all at once. The lottery website says that 2 of the 5 $250,000

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I agree with Dracos--Skeptic that was just a really undeserved, mean comment. I, for one, new or not, appreciate Draco's input in helping me (as a new scratcher, not to mention he is about the only one who responds to my comments and gives me advice so that I'm not making choices that are not sound ). Even though scratchers are supposed to be random, with enough research and analysis one CAN increase their chances of at least playing the right games, (and even certain numbers prove to be winners

New York instant scratch off tickets - new tickets with less odds to win
I know this is going to sound crazy but I still did not cash the 50 thousand dollar ticket yet. Also I have been playing for 5 !/2 years or so and I never cashed in any of my winning tickets and there is a logical reason for this. I need the money so I did not want to cash it in until the time came that I needed it. I will need the money for something in February, so I called the lottery office to see how to go about doing this because there are over 1000 tickets that are verified winners that I

NY Scratch-off Discussion
So I kind of know what you're going through - on a much smaller level. I'm definetely a lot younger than you guys, and when I turned 18 my friend convinced me after a couple to weeks to buy a couple scratch offs, and I bought some $1 ones. Well, I noticed I was basically just losing 5 bucks everytime and started playing Pick 3, figuring .50 to a couple bucks isn't bad. So I had fun with that, and still do. But I gave scratch offs another try. Well I'd say in the past like 6 months my scr

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Hello everyone! First post here. I was just recently introduced to the lottery, I've always been a very financially savvy guy so I never even considered it, but I've had quite the fun recently! Here is my lotto story About a month ago my wife was watching Youtube Live she found this guy named Donafello who was live scratching tickets, she clicked on him and watched for a while, it grabbed my attention and I started watching, he was having a fantastic night.. definitely made a few hundred doll

Any reason why this forum is shrinking?
Good to hear from you DR65. I don't get over to the draw games as much as I should, Maybe I need to invest some time there. I have found everything you said as well with PA. It is nerve wracking. Here is another one I hate that just happened to me. I scratch the play area #'s first. I saw 2-9's so I knew I won and was thinking I may have had a bunch more matches. Nope it was just the 2 9's. I hate when they double up the play area # and don't offer up more. Like I was expecting those 2 matches p

$750,000 Winner - Jingle Jumbo Bucks - 2010
OK, I went back, and 006 hit a jingle bell, so I think that I actually made $10. I bought tickets 017 through 006. I lost 7 in a row, had two $15 winners back to back, lost two more, then hit for $100. So make that 2 Jingle Bells for me. Now I just need that $750,000 top prize, so I can take a few days off from the lottery. If I can't win that, I'll take all of the jingle bells I can. I guess knowing the warning signs help, and staying the course pays off more times than I thought. I was not abo

Any GA players?
Millionaire Jumbo Bucks is the oldest $20 game out there, and it has been my experience that it has very few good winners. I usually lose, but if I win it is usually a free ticket, up to $40 or $50. The only advantage it has over Maximum Green is that while Maximum Green has the most winners in the hundreds of dollars, Millionaire Jumbo Bucks has more prizes in the thousands of dollars. A good strategy that has been working out fairly well for me is to buy one of each of the $20 games, sometimes

Post your scratch ticket results
I agree. I may not post a $5 loss here and there, but if I spend a good amount and get less than 20% back, I will certainly vent. If I buy in bulk, I expect 50% back. However, like with a machine challenge, if you buy 1 of each ticket, it is super easy to lose on them all. I keep going back and forth. I know if I buy all the same ticket, I have a better chance of winning, but if I lose on them all, I will want to chase. If I buy 1 of each, I have a better shot to lose on them all, but I won't' b
