Win $1,000,000 a Year for Life
New York lottery sells a $30 ticket scratch-off called Win $1,000,000 a Year for Life. There are 2 two top prize of $1M/YR/LIFE. And 17 $50,000 of second prize. I hate that New York doesn't show amount of tickets printed, unlike masslottery, it shows number of tickets printed and available prizes left. This game has been out since 2008. How does the lottery know there are still 2 top prizes out there. For all you know the winner could've thrown in out by mistake. I believe there are a total of 4
