I was scratching off the codes a few days ago from a huge stack of doublers to enter in the second chance drawing and one of the ones I fished out of the trash at publix didn't go through saying it's invalid. I check the ticket again and one of the numbers isn't scratched off. I scratch it and it's a match and it hit for 20 bucks. Pretty crazy to think that someone may have thrown out a ticket that an even bigger prize may have hit.

California lottery scratchers tax on winnings question
Hi, found out yesterday that I won in the second chance drawing from scratchers! I can't seem to find any info on how much I will get taxed... I won $5000 and I'm seeing anywhere from 25-40%. If anyone here has experience with the ca lottery, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance :)

Really nice set of wins...especially for $2/$5 tickets. Also, I think you may be the first person I've seen win a second chance drawing in any game.

I had 1640 entries in this last second chance drawing and nothing. I never win in second chance. The low number of prizes make the odds terrible.

That sounds about right on those Flamingo tickets. Whenever I buy more than 1 of those, I always get burnt as well. Fingers crossed for you on the second chance drawing bud.

Monoply Millionaire's Club Second Chance Drawings
I was just wondering if I am the only one who finds the results of the NY Monopoly Millionaire's Club December 15th 2nd Chance drawing a little odd. Looks like most of the winners are from the same town. Maybe it's just me. Let me know if anyone else notices something funny about this.

Well I didn't win anything at the casino today but I did win $1000 on PA's Halloween second chance drawing. That was a great email to get while at work today. So it pays to enter your second chance tickets.

Second Chance Tickets
I'm not sure if all states have second chance drawings for loosing scratch off tickets but here in PA we always seem to have some sort of second chance drawing. I was curious how many of you enter your loosing tickets for a chance at another prize. I always enter mine but I notice very few people in my area do and 2 of the stores I go to they hand me over bundles of loosing tickets that customers toss. I think its always worth a chance.

I've seen that before. After the person threw them in the trash I picked all ten out of the trash and entered them in the second chance drawing.
