All of them as this happens everywhere, because of why? The tickets in most states are now distrubuted by the same exact firm. Most state lotteries no longer control the distrubution and it's controlled by IGT and formerly GTech.

Nice win Gatorsrok! Stopped in at 7-11 and walked into in interesting conversation between the clerk and a guy who had an IGT workshirt on and worked for the Florida Lottery. Basically he was saying how odds are better on scratch-offs than regular lottery and how the big winners are the guys on forums who know what book #'s to look for so I guess they are very aware of the book chasers here.

The HotSpot promotion is on again until June 1st. I think the bonus prize structures look similar to the one just recently. Just had a bad day at the Video Keno machines last night (the IGT Game King variety, those have a payout of 93.6%), only could get 3 out of 4 spots and 5 out of 7 spots at best. One more hit for each would have been the difference between a good day and a bad day.

The royalties are most likely the case for slightly worse overall payout despite the higher quantity of $50 and $100 prizes. Then again, all $10 games have horrible odds for $5k, $10k, or $20k prizes. I hope they come out with the 7's game (scratch down on a line) for the $10 as shown in the prototypes, the other games they've shown are redundant to what is currently out. I also saw a SuperLotto Plus and multiplier type as well. For Wheel of Fortune, it will be a second chance drawing where you either win an entry to audition for the game show or a cash prize. I think that is about it. The CALottery live events will follow the Wheel Mobile (where they hold the premature audition rounds).

I fall in the same boat, lost thousands of dollars over the last few years for a shot at the big second chance prize. Nothing much to show for it after buying 10,000+ tickets. I pretty much cut back to ten tickets a month and I have called 1-800-GAMBLER in the past.
