Well I feel like an idiot. I was scratching a $5 Bonus Double Match game and thought I had lost but upon further review found out I had won. I misinterpreted the rules about the bonus number matching what I thought had to be from the your numbers section but it is the winning numbers section. So now I have to go back through my losers and double check those since I've been doing it that way from day 1.

My 2nd Chance play got me an offer to do a survey (no, it didn't pay a gift card or anything). They had me review two new types of scratchers. One was just like CA Black and CA Gold, an average $10 match-a-number thing. The other used words instead of numbers, if it said YES you won, anything else you didn't. I thought they were both garbage and I told 'em so. If they've got any sense they're reading forums like this one, too.

@ dracos I will take another look at the SM game and review the last two months IRL reports and get the newest IRL hopefully tomorrow or friday and let you know my thoughts. I am certainly not afraid or against a few of us teaming up on a bunch of books.....just have to be comfortable with the data and belief in what remaining prizes are still realistically available. OUCH!! Just saw the review on the New HOT $100,000 PA Game. OKay lets do easy math here. THere are over 40,000 Lottery retailers in PA, of that only 800 tickets in this game will have a prize between 1k and 10,000. You would have to pinpoint within a 200 mile radius and get lucky that one of them MIGHT at a given time have the winning ticket. I did ask why, here's the response: There are a total of 11 top prize tickets claimed for game # 1190 Ruby Riches. Each top prize of $30,000 was paid at a district office. Retrieving this information will take approximately 3.75 hours. This cost takes into account the time needed to compile, prepare and review any files related to your request. I have discovered a very serious flaw in the way the scratch off's are handled in NY state. It appears that if a business in NY goesout of business of changes ownership the license to sell lottery tickets is revoked and the remaning unsold opened books of scratch off's are destroyed. The unopened books are returned and resold but the opened books of scratch off's are destroyed. In NYS, especially in the 5 boro's businesses open and close and transfer ownership so much that it is very troubling,
