Been running ScratchSmarter for 15 years, pulling daily prize data from official lottery sites across 41 states. The lottery doesn't know which tickets are winners, since they're printed in a secure facility. The only way for them to guarantee all top prizes are won is to leave the game open and wait for people to play it. I agree, it's crummy for them to end a game when 6 of 14 top prizes remain. Ditto Sum Buddy. I just wanted to share that the $20 Gold Rush Limited and $50 Old Blue $1,000,000 A Year For Life are both ending on 10/24. I've noticed a lot of retailers have already gotten rid of the Gold Rush but a few still have some of For Life. There are over 40 top prizes of $1,000,000 on the $50 game so the Lottery knows what they are doing.
