This is all the help that I myself can give, no matter what you ask about Excel, you might as well ask the wall, as I don't know anything about Excel.
Trata-se de toda a ajuda que me pode dar, n o importa o que voc pergunta sobre Excel, assim como voc pode pedir a parede, como eu n o sei nada sobre Excel.

Pick 3 Random Combo Generator - Excel - Sums 10 thru 17
Here is a download link to a simple little Excel file that will give you 5 combinations for each Sum 10 through 17. Total of 40 combinations. You can reduce the number of combos and also the number of sums if you wish to play or track. Copy and paste the selections from the Tab labeled RandomComboGenerator in cell range D10:K14 to Notepad.
If you wish to change the combinations just click the F9 key on your keyboard.

The GELE Filter - P3
1. Both the P3StateDraws.xls and the Doubles.xls Excel files should be in the same folder
2. Open the P3StateDraws.xls file 1st
3. When the P3StateDraws.xls file opens go to the top of the Main Menu and choose File Open. Then open the second Excel file Doubles.xls in your Pick 3 GELE Folder (or whatever folder you named it)
4. You should now have both Excel files opened. You need both open for this to work
5. Next, in the Doubles.xls Excel file go to the States Tab and select your st

Excel users: What do you suggest? Learning resources.
Got OO. I use it for a coloring book. Yea, I got I because it's free, but the resources are limited and so is the after-market support. I tried some spreadsheets here and had some problems. Why learn a look-alike? Why wonder why spreadsheets do not work and have to patch them up with the understanding of a seasoned excel user? It might be great for someone who thoroughly knows Excel so they can make it work for them, but I would rather learn the real deal. Not too many books on OO. Not a whole l

Remember to create a new folder. (name the folder whatever you like)

Open both Excel files when updating and copying drawings.
Good Luck!!

I have another short reply from a fellow member over at the other site named Steve. He is extremely knowledgeable about this system and very happy to share his Information with all.
He sent me a step by step setup for another player, not in FL, that is very easy to fallow. I'm not going to put it on here till I figure out what I'm doing wrong while bring them over here. Its very long.

Help importing web datafiles to excel
Here is the same type of Excel file with about 60 draws in descending order from each state.
I created this Excel Workbook for Dan Hudson's 1UP1Down Software Program.
It takes 60 drawings and copies them to (Notepad) a .txt file.
All you do is update the state drawings (From LP Results Page) on the first tab of the Excel workbook then click to update all of the states.

Then you can do what you want with each

E-Lottery UniverseAs far as I know you can still download the Excel files. If you can't let me know and I will send you a copy. I believe there are 4 or 5 different Excel files from individual states. Use the Georgia file if possible. If you can use Excel you will get a better understanding of Vtracs. The basic concept with vtracsVtrac Digit Conversion1 =

prediction posters all states and excel
Here is a little something I've been trying to do when I get a chance. It takes me way to long to do this because I am not very good working with the excel 98 program but with my limited skill I made this rendering of today's predictions. First I separated all the pick 3's from the pick 4's. then I edited everybody's prediction post that had duplicate numbers (boxed) except for one number. I eliminated all the triples because I don't need them for this idea. What I am looking for is people who m
