Scam?
Hello Acronym007,I think the 2 laws you mentioned that Playlot.com is violating does not apply to them. Since they are not really official lottery agents.Really they are just acting like the middle man providing a service for someone who lives outside of the region.Like me saying to my friend here is $10 go buy me a quick pick.Basically Playlot grabs your entries and money and goes to an official lottery agent and buys your tickets.Thats how I see it anyway.Regards,Irvin.Many happy lotto wins to

Play days
I would have to say this talk about when to buy lottery tickets is moot. I would think that most people who come to this site are pretty serious lottery players who use a system and pick their own numbers and don't use quick picks. If you are playing your own numbers it wouldn't matter if you bought your tickets the morning after last night's drawing or ten minutes before the next one. You will have the same numbers regardless.

Your Picks VS. Quick Picks
I'm sure you all read the news item about the fellow (I believe he was a retired Chief of Police) who for 20 years had played his favorite numbers and never hit the jackpot. He then decides to buy a Quick Pick and voila hits the jackpot for 3 million bucks first time out. Which all goes to prove it's all a matter of luck.

Visiondude’s strategy worked!
Here's EZMoney's $100,000 winning ticket. As you can see, it's a Quick Pick. There is no danger of releasing the numbers on the front of the ticket (as below) - tickets have a distribution number on the back that ensure the validity of the ticket.

Quote: Originally posted by Todd on October 28, 2003 Golotto, do you read the news posted here? (On Lottery Post) I posted two stories about it this morning at about 5:30. (Why link to an outside source??)Actually, I looked at the Lottery Post news articles, but neither of them said whether the winning ticket was a quick pick or chosen numbers, so I personally had to look at the web site Golotto posted on his message.
